Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning and stocking tasks including filtering fryer system
  • clean and maintain grill
  • perform general daily cleaning tasks
  • organize stock and prep areas
  • provide superior cleaning to interior and exterior of restaurant
  • demonstrate sanitation and food safety practices consistently
  • check over restaurant from previous close to ensure safe and secure environment
  • complete daily, weekly, and monthly jobs timely and accurately
  • maintain appearance of building exterior and grounds
  • follow company safety standards
  • coordinate job duties with other opening team members
  • put food order away accurately with proper stock rotation
  • take temperatures of required foods upon delivery
  • maintain working knowledge of restaurant equipment
  • complete duties before lunch shift
  • report incomplete closing areas to opening manager
  • perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by manager
