Job Requirements
- Previous stocking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Willingness to adhere to all company safety policies
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Must be able to work full time
- Ability to participate in training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a foodservice or cleaning role preferred but not required
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to handle lifting and manual tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage station during peak service periods
- Ensures tables are bussed, cleared, and cleaned prior to and during service
- Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts
- Washes dishes, glasses, pots, and cleans cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards
- Scrapes and rinses food from dishes, washing them by hand or via dishwashing machines ensuring complete cleanliness
- Keeps display equipment clean and debris-free during meal service while complying with safety regulations
- Helps receive heavy deliveries and transports them to storage areas observing safe lifting standards
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Abides by all company safety policies including the use of protective gloves, oven mitts, fryer gloves, and slip-resistant shoes
- Performs other duties as assigned
