  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required
  • Must comply with all safety requirements
  • Required to complete and pass Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within first 30 days
  • Ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt, and operate commercial snow blower
  • Passionate about meticulous curb appeal

Job Duties

  • Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter daily
  • Assist in the preparation of market ready units
  • Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks
  • Assist with property emergencies including snow removal, fires, and floods
  • Clean available apartments, model homes, and common areas
  • Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal
  • Interact courteously and professionally with residents and potential residents
  • Preserve resident confidentiality
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, properties, and agencies
  • Report maintenance and life safety issues promptly
  • Perform other assigned duties
