Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with assistance
- Must have proven success in previous job or school experiences
- Must be a strong team player
- Must have solid communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment
- Commitment to excellent guest service
- Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Walk, bend, and stand for periods and lift objects with assistance
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations
