Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Ability to lift 80-100 lbs regularly
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
- Willingness to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
- May require a valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Lift 80-100 lbs regularly
- Keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up trash
- Maintain clean mail rooms including picking up trash, sweeping floors, and removing outdated notices
- Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed
- Replace first floor window screens upon request
- Assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts
- Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
- Install, move and hook up appliances
- Replace air filters as scheduled for occupied apartments
- Clean pool area including hosing down, picking up trash, and straightening chairs
- Perform light painting duties as directed
- Clean vacant apartments between residents
- Assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested
