Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • Ability to move about and traverse flat and uneven terrain
  • Frequent climbing of ladders, stairs, ramps, step stools
  • Ability to lift and move objects over 100 pounds
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night hours on-call
  • Capability to operate machinery and power tools
  • Ability to work in various environments including tight spaces and outdoor weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Community maintenance
  • Regular daily onsite attendance
  • Cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas
  • Respond to resident and management requests and work orders
  • Ensure timely repairs and replacements
  • Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards
  • Assist in maintaining preventative maintenance program
  • Follow Asset Living key policies
  • Maintain maintenance shop organization and safety
  • Assist in hazard communications and promote safe work practices
  • Participate in unit inspections
  • Report violations of community rules
  • Use property resources economically
  • Perform additional tasks as requested
  • Participate in on-call emergency duties
  • Manage customer service and service request responsiveness
  • Project favorable community image
  • Ensure consistency in resident interactions
  • Enforce delegated community policies
