Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- Basic computer skills required
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to move about and traverse flat and uneven terrain
- Frequent climbing of ladders, stairs, ramps, step stools
- Ability to lift and move objects over 100 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night hours on-call
- Capability to operate machinery and power tools
- Ability to work in various environments including tight spaces and outdoor weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and ability to perform on-site software functions
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Familiarity with OSHA requirements
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Capability to work under supervision and within a team
- Experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- Regular daily onsite attendance
- Cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas
- Respond to resident and management requests and work orders
- Ensure timely repairs and replacements
- Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards
- Assist in maintaining preventative maintenance program
- Follow Asset Living key policies
- Maintain maintenance shop organization and safety
- Assist in hazard communications and promote safe work practices
- Participate in unit inspections
- Report violations of community rules
- Use property resources economically
- Perform additional tasks as requested
- Participate in on-call emergency duties
- Manage customer service and service request responsiveness
- Project favorable community image
- Ensure consistency in resident interactions
- Enforce delegated community policies
