Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to stay organized
- Able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
- May require a valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis
- Keep property and management office clean by inspecting each morning and removing trash
- Maintain landscaping and clean mail rooms including sweeping floors and updating bulletin boards
- Replace light bulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed
- Replace first floor window screens upon request
- Assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts
- Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
- Install, move, and hook up appliances
- Replace air filters as scheduled for all occupied apartments
- Clean pool area including hosing down, picking up trash, and arranging chairs
- Perform light painting duties as directed
- Clean vacant apartments between residents
- Assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested
