- current Louisiana Responsible Vendor license (alcohol service)
- Louisiana State Racing Commission license (to be obtained upon hire)

Job Duties
- Cleans kitchen counters, floors, work stations
- stocks kitchen inventory
- assists kitchen staff as needed
