Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or working toward completion
- ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
- skilled at property maintenance tasks including janitorial work
- capable of shoveling and plowing
- experienced in mowing and landscaping
- able to perform other property upkeep duties
- able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and walking
- capable of climbing ladders and working in awkward physical positions
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or working toward completion
- ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
- skilled in janitorial, shoveling/plowing, mowing/landscaping, and other property upkeep tasks
- good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb ladders
- vision capabilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
Job Duties
- Responsible for daily grounds and janitorial functions at assigned properties
- ensure physical condition of property meets ownership and management objectives
- perform janitorial work to maintain cleanliness of common areas
- assist maintenance technicians in turnover of vacant apartments
- maintain general upkeep of buildings and grounds with curb appeal and resident satisfaction as priorities
- manage property maintenance supplies, conduct monthly inventory, and recommend purchases
- operate power equipment for yard maintenance and building cleaning
