Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to pull, push, and carry items
  • Ability to walk, sit, and stand for 5 or more hours
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work near moving mechanical parts
  • Clear close vision required

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles before repair work begins
  • Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
