Job Requirements
- Minimum of one to two years of janitorial and/or maintenance experience
- demonstrated strong guest service skills
- demonstrated energetic, self-motivating and can do positive attitude
- high-level cleanliness and presentation standards
- must have reliable source of transportation for required on-call rotation and community emergencies
- must be available to work full-time Tuesday through Saturday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Job Duties
- Clean designated assigned amenity spaces and indoor/outdoor areas
- troubleshoot and repair resident service requests including appliance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- maintain community exterior maintenance and presentation including watering flowers, leaf cleanup, trash pickup
- assist maintenance with suite turnover and work requests including changing light bulbs, painting, caulking, carpet shampooing, furniture placement, replacing HVAC filters
- provide maintenance coverage during after-hours on-call rotation for service requests
- respond to community emergencies such as flood, fire, and power loss
- perform snow removal to ensure community accessibility during snowfalls
