Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Some custodial or general maintenance experience preferred
Ability to use a personal smart device and basic computer programs
Ability to read write and speak English
Physical ability to perform continuous physical effort including heavy lifting over 50 pounds frequent standing walking and bending
Availability to work five days per week including potential weekends
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced indoor and outdoor work setting
Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings projects or client visits

Job Qualifications

Some custodial or general maintenance experience preferred
Ability to utilize a personal smart device for property operations and communication apps
Comfortable with basic computer tasks including Microsoft Office programs like Outlook
Ability to read write and speak English

Job Duties

Maintain the cleanliness of the property's exterior areas including sidewalks parking lots courtyards and landscaping by sweeping blowing picking up trash pet waste and removing debris
Clean and maintain all common areas including lobbies hallways stairwells laundry rooms fitness centers and restrooms ensuring supplies are stocked and windows doors and glass are clean
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed to supervisors
Empty all trash receptacles regularly and assist with bulk trash removal and recycling procedures
Interact with residents and visitors professionally addressing concerns and providing assistance such as carrying items or giving directions
Perform seasonal tasks including snow and ice removal leaf blowing and pressure washing
Follow all safety procedures including proper use of personal protective equipment and report hazards immediately
