Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Ability to walk bend stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Proven success in school or previous job experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role preferred
- Strong team player and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to great guest service
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking standing and lifting
- Basic knowledge of minor maintenance and troubleshooting
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Maintain sanitation standards throughout the facility
- Support team members in delivering a great guest experience
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary
