Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk and perform manual labor for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a custodial role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and have a good level of stamina and mobility
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation, along with industry best practices
  • Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at-a-time without assistance
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Complete all housekeeping tasks directed by the Facility Manager and Supervisor
  • Clean, repair, and conduct general maintenance on the interior and exterior of the venue, including but not limited to floors, storage areas, restrooms, etc
  • Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with the proper supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc)
  • Maintain a proper inventory and par level of maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Understand the proper condition of the venue and work diligently to maintain it
  • Be responsive to all guest requests and concerns relating to cleanliness and safety
  • Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
