Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a custodial role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and have a good level of stamina and mobility
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation, along with industry best practices
- Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at-a-time without assistance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Complete all housekeeping tasks directed by the Facility Manager and Supervisor
- Clean, repair, and conduct general maintenance on the interior and exterior of the venue, including but not limited to floors, storage areas, restrooms, etc
- Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with the proper supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc)
- Maintain a proper inventory and par level of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Understand the proper condition of the venue and work diligently to maintain it
- Be responsive to all guest requests and concerns relating to cleanliness and safety
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as requested by management
