Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Clear close vision required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and storing tools and equipment properly
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly condition including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
  • Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
