Job Requirements
- One year of previous porter experience preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying
- knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
- adherence to safety protocols
- availability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Organize catering equipment
- transport catering equipment including glassware utensils tables
- breakdown catering functions
- clean catering areas
- clean supplies including carts
- occasional dishwashing sweeping and mopping
- ensure tables are bussed cleared and cleaned
- sweep floors during peak service times
- prep for service
- follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils
- wash dishes glasses and pots
- clean cooking stations and equipment
- scrape and rinse food from dishes
- keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards
- help receive heavy deliveries and transport to storage
- ensure proper presentation and portion control
- follow HACCP standards
- commit personally to safety of self and others
- abide by all company policies and procedures regarding safety
