Job Requirements

At least 1 year experience as building porter cleaner or groundskeeper
Must join Local 808 union
Able to work emergency on-call rotation
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shift

Job Duties

Perform upkeep and janitorial duties so that property is in great condition
Learn new skills and work with maintenance team on small repairs and preventative activities
Engage in minor maintenance with building maintenance team
Assist in preparation of vacant units
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Inspect property and equipment regularly
Perform snow removal and landscaping as needed
Maintain building supplies and inventory
Communicate with management to address safety concerns
Support site and office operations as assigned
