Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping or general maintenance/janitorial experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling and climbing stairs
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday with some overtime and extended hours
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general maintenance/janitorial experience
- Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas including interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs
- Maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and other community communication when applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
