Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis
- keep property, management office, landscaping clean
- keep mail rooms clean
- replace lightbulbs in common areas
- replace all first floor window screens upon request
- assist with apartment make-readies
- clean air conditioning vents and replace filter in vacant apartments
- install, move and hook up appliances
- replace air filters as scheduled
- clean pool area
- perform light painting duties
- clean vacant apartments between residents
- assist lead service manager or service technician
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of related experience
- able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
- may require a valid driver's license

Job Duties
- lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis
- keep property, management office, landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up trash
- keep mail rooms clean by picking up trash, sweeping floors, and removing dated notices
- replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed
- replace first floor window screens upon request
- assist with apartment make-readies by trashing vacant units, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts
- clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
- install, move and hook up appliances
- replace air filters as scheduled for all occupied apartments
- clean pool area including hosing down, picking up trash, and straightening chairs
- perform light painting duties as directed
- clean vacant apartments between residents
- assist the lead service manager or service technician as requested
