Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Open-mindedness and flexibility in task completion
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina
Job Duties
- Ensure that all facility areas, including floors, counters, and storage areas, are kept clean and organized at all times
- Perform daily deep cleans as per the schedule
- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machines, ensuring all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately
- Manage waste and recycling processes by emptying bins, following recycling protocols, and ensuring the disposal area is kept clean
- Assist in the unloading, checking, and storage of deliveries
- Be responsible for organization of supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and report any maintenance or repair needs to the management
