Job Duties
- Sweeps and picks up litter in garage and ramps
- sweep and mop elevators
- sweep and clean all stairwells
- monitors tenant parking in garage and alley parking lot and notify manager of violation of parking rules
- monitors exterior parking lots and cleans as needed
- assist monthly parkers and visitors as needed when entering or exiting the garage or parking lots
- assist parkers if they need to contact a towing company
- may perform other maintenance duties such as cleaning garage lights of dust and accumulated dirt using sweeper or power washing equipment
- use power tools and other required equipment
- may do other job related duties as needed or required
