Job Requirements
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions
- excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- must have reliable transportation to and from work sites
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in landscaping, outdoor maintenance, or related field preferred but not required
- must have a valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Job Duties
- perform regular property walks to identify and pick up trash, litter, and debris
- safely dispose of collected waste in designated bins or areas
- remove and properly dispose of broken branches, leaves, and other natural debris
- assist with light landscaping maintenance tasks such as trimming or clearing pathways as needed
- maintain a clean and organized workspace including storage areas for tools and equipment
- report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor
- adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety protocols
