Job Requirements

Active driver license
Clean driving record
Ability to work independently for most of the day
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Passing a background check
Successfully completing pre-employment drug screening
Commitment to safety protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Basic knowledge of janitorial or general maintenance work is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical stamina to perform outdoor and manual labor tasks
Committed to safety practices and able to use personal protective equipment
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Job Duties

Picking up litter
Wiping and cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, and benches
Changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
Cleaning out dumpster enclosures, breaking down boxes, lifting and moving heavy pallets and furniture
Performing other building maintenance work as needed
Driving a company pickup truck to and from job sites
Working on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds when required
