Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools for minor repairs
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum of 5 years experience preferred in related field
- Advanced education encouraged but not necessary

Job Duties
- Support GRAM building functioning via installation of signage and mailboxes, deliver goods and materials, clear sidewalks, clean various building areas, arrange furniture for meetings, repair desks, doors, and general maintenance
- Respond to spills, messes, or cleaning emergencies
- Maintain exterior entryways
- Monitor restrooms and breakrooms throughout the day
- Perform minor repairs and touch ups
- Escalate electrical, plumbing, HVAC issues to Maintenance Department
- Support events with room setup, cleanup, furniture rearranging
- Escort vendors and contractors
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
