Job Duties
- Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service
- cleans floors by vacuuming, mopping, and shampooing
- performs spot cleaning as necessary
- monitors and empties ash and trash containers including pool deck, parking garage landings, and back-of-house offices
- cleans ashtrays
- cleans glass surfaces
- cleans and details restrooms
- cleans all back-of-house hall areas
- responsible for biohazard cleanup in assigned areas
- assists with back-of-house office areas
- cleans slot bases and machines and pushes in slot chairs
- greets and interacts with guests when appropriate
- uses cleaning chemicals and safety equipment as instructed
- communicates all maintenance issues to supervisor
- executes daily cleaning projects
- collects and secures lost-and-found articles
- unloads shipping and receiving items into designated storage areas
- assists with hurricane and storm preparation by moving pallets, boxes, and equipment into designated safe areas
- restocks storage closets daily
- trains new employees as needed
- establishes and maintains close working relationships with all Hard Rockers to ensure cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service
- adheres to department and property policies and procedures
