Job Duties

Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service
cleans floors by vacuuming, mopping, and shampooing
performs spot cleaning as necessary
monitors and empties ash and trash containers including pool deck, parking garage landings, and back-of-house offices
cleans ashtrays
cleans glass surfaces
cleans and details restrooms
cleans all back-of-house hall areas
responsible for biohazard cleanup in assigned areas
assists with back-of-house office areas
cleans slot bases and machines and pushes in slot chairs
greets and interacts with guests when appropriate
uses cleaning chemicals and safety equipment as instructed
communicates all maintenance issues to supervisor
executes daily cleaning projects
collects and secures lost-and-found articles
unloads shipping and receiving items into designated storage areas
assists with hurricane and storm preparation by moving pallets, boxes, and equipment into designated safe areas
restocks storage closets daily
trains new employees as needed
establishes and maintains close working relationships with all Hard Rockers to ensure cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service
adheres to department and property policies and procedures
