Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
Full weekend availability required
Ability to walk bend and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift objects with assistance
Proven success in school or previous job experience
Strong team player and multi-tasker
Solid communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
Commitment to excellent guest service
Basic troubleshooting skills for minor equipment issues
Availability to work full weekends

Job Duties

Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
Perform minor building maintenance as needed
Maintain a clean and sanitized environment to ensure guest satisfaction
Support team members with various tasks to facilitate smooth operations
Communicate effectively with management and guests to uphold service standards
