Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move objects over 100 pounds
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders and stairs
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and on-call emergency shifts
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in tight and confined spaces
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- Regular daily onsite attendance
- Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas
- Respond to resident and management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units promptly
- Ensure timely repairs and replacements for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community areas
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions
- Assist in maintaining preventative maintenance programs
- Follow Asset Living key policies
- Maintain organized and stocked maintenance shop while adhering to safety and OSHA standards
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with hazard communications and safe work practices
- Participate in unit inspections as requested
- Report community rules violations to supervisors
- Use property resources, equipment, and supplies economically
- Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors
- Participate in on-call emergency duties
- Manage excellent customer service and monitor response times
- Project favorable community image
- Ensure consistency in resident interactions
- Enforce community policies as delegated
