Job Requirements
- Capable of safely performing essential job functions according to ADA, FMLA, and other applicable standards

Job Duties
- Sort and categorize donated items according to established guidelines
- Inspect items for quality, cleanliness, and suitability for sale
- Ensure items are properly prepared and distributed to the appropriate departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in sorting areas and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in other tasks within the sorting and processing areas as needed
