Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year porter experience preferred
Previous ground maintenance experience a plus
Ability to walk and work on property grounds for extended periods
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and reach
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a Porter or in ground maintenance preferred
Ability to recognize maintenance and safety issues
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail
Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

Maintain property grounds
Identify maintenance issues
Conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with OSHA standards
Sweep hallways, walkways, and entryways
Ensure egresses are accessible and free of clutter
Fix perimeter fencing, patios, and light fixtures
Provide occasional support to maintenance staff with routine tasks
