Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or janitorial work preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to perform continuous physical activities including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
Ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
Ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional overtime as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus
Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions

Job Duties

Maintain the condition of exterior grounds and common areas of the property including interior common areas
Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
Maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
Organize and keep work areas and maintenance shops clean
Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
Post notices to vacate and other community communication if applicable
Perform other duties as assigned
