Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping or janitorial services preferred
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- capable of continuous movement including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling and climbing stairs
- ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- valid driver’s license if operation of motor vehicle onsite is required
- basic computer literacy
Job Qualifications
- previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general maintenance/janitorial experience
- working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment
- basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- basic computer skills to perform job functions
Job Duties
- maintain the condition of exterior grounds and common areas including interior common areas
- assist with trash outs after move-outs as needed
- maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters
- organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- post community notices and communications
- perform other duties as assigned
