Job Duties
- lift 80-100 lbs regularly
- keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting each morning and picking up trash
- keep mail rooms clean including sweeping floors and removing outdated notices
- replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways
- replace first floor window screens on request
- assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal, caulking, appliance checks, and smoke detector maintenance
- clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
- install, move, and hook up appliances
- replace air filters for occupied apartments
- clean pool area by hosing down, picking up trash, and straightening chairs
- perform light painting duties
- clean vacant apartments between residents
- assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician when requested
