Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lift 80-100 lbs regularly
  • keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by daily inspection and trash removal
  • maintain clean mail rooms including trash pickup, floor sweeping, and bulletin board upkeep
  • replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed
  • replace first floor window screens on request
  • assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal, caulking, appliance and smoke detector checks, and part replacement
  • clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
  • install, move, and hook up appliances
  • replace air filters as scheduled in occupied apartments
  • clean pool areas by hosing down, trash removal, and straightening chairs
  • perform light painting tasks
  • clean vacant apartments between residents
  • assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested
