Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of prior dishwashing and cleaning experience preferred
- Must be able to work full time on the designated schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Willingness to undergo training
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene procedures consistently
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Ensures tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned and floors are swept during peak service times and are prepped prior to service
- Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs or carts
- Washes dishes, glasses and pots and cleans cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards
- Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and washes them by hand or with dishwashing machine to ensure cleanliness
- Keeps display equipment clean and in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Helps receive heavy deliveries and transports them to storage areas while observing safe lifting standards
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Abides by company policies on safety including use of cut gloves, oven mitts, and slip-resistant shoes
