Job Requirements
- previous experience in a porter janitorial or cleaning role preferred but not required
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist others as needed
- dependable punctual and flexible with scheduling including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant including the kitchen dining room bar restrooms and exterior spaces
- regularly sweep mop and empty trash bins to maintain a tidy environment
- wash dry and restock smallwares utensils and equipment as needed
- perform deep-cleaning tasks such as scrubbing floors cleaning vents and organizing storage areas
- monitor and restock supplies including napkins cleaning products paper goods and other necessities
- assist in unloading and organizing deliveries ensuring items are properly labeled and stored
- notify management of any shortages or equipment that requires repair
