Job Requirements

Must be able to work a full shift on-site at the property
must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
must be available to assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins outside of regular hours
must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
must be able to bend, stoop, and lift throughout the workday

Job Qualifications

High school or equivalent education preferred
proficient in simple computer tasks
one year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade preferred
experience in the student housing or multi-family industry preferred

Job Duties

Complete daily checklists
maintain exterior cleanliness and curb appeal
maintain landscaping between third-party service visits
clean and sweep swimming pools as required
arrange property furniture as directed
mop and vacuum daily in required areas
keep all amenity areas clean and presentable throughout the day
ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards at all times
