Job Requirements

at least 18 years of age or older
night and weekend availability required
physical ability to walk bend stand and occasionally lift objects
reliability and punctuality
ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
willingness to perform varied tasks
good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles preferred
strong communication skills
ability to work well in a team environment
proven success in previous job or school experience
commitment to guest service excellence
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
perform minor building maintenance as needed
support team members to ensure smooth operations during events
ensure all areas comply with health and safety standards
maintain organized supply areas and restock materials regularly
