Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • basic computer skills
  • knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting over 100 pounds and working in various weather conditions
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call emergencies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions basic computer skills required
  • must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • familiarity with property maintenance tools and equipment

Job Duties

  • Community maintenance
  • regular daily onsite attendance is required
  • responsible for cleaning trash removal and general maintenance of grounds buildings breezeways and all interior and exterior community common areas
  • respond to resident management requests and work orders for community common areas buildings and units in a timely manner
  • ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds buildings breezeways and community common areas are completed in a timely manner
  • inspect grounds buildings and other community features daily to identify minimize and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
  • assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
