Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills
- knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting over 100 pounds and working in various weather conditions
- reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call emergencies

- ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions basic computer skills required
- must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with property maintenance tools and equipment
Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- regular daily onsite attendance is required
- responsible for cleaning trash removal and general maintenance of grounds buildings breezeways and all interior and exterior community common areas
- respond to resident management requests and work orders for community common areas buildings and units in a timely manner
- ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds buildings breezeways and community common areas are completed in a timely manner
- inspect grounds buildings and other community features daily to identify minimize and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
- assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
