Job Duties
- lift heavy objects regularly
- keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting each morning and picking up trash
- maintain cleanliness of mail rooms including picking up trash and sweeping floors
- replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways
- replace first floor window screens upon request
- assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts
- clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant and occupied apartments
- install, move and hook up appliances
- clean pool area including hosing down and straightening chairs
- perform light painting duties
- clean vacant apartments between residents
- assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as needed
