Job Requirements
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Duties
- Keep all storage areas clean and organized
- store food using safety methods
- assist in café operations and setup events in a timely and professional manner
- receive, weigh, and inspect all products including food, chemicals, equipment, and dry goods
- maintain and record temperatures of stored items
- clean and sanitize work areas and loading docks
- remove garbage regularly
- gather and provide invoices to Chef or GM
- support catering deliveries and event setup
- assist dishroom operators and culinary team as needed
