Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, lifting, and carrying
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to respond calmly and professionally to resident inquiries
- Pass a standard background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors for extended periods
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and property maintenance standards
Job Duties
- Pick up grounds every morning before office opens
- Remove trash, pet waste, and debris from property walkways, parking lots, and common areas
- Clear trash bins and dumpster enclosures of trash, debris, or furniture
- Remove graffiti immediately
- Check for health and safety matters that need attention
- Perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct issues
- Provide courteous customer service and effectively communicate with residents, clients, and team members
- Remain calm and resolve customer concerns professionally
