Job Requirements
- Ability to safely perform job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 70 lbs, frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force, and constantly apply negligible force when handling objects
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity and proficiency in repetitive motions
- Skilled in tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hands
- Capable of maintaining balance and agility to prevent falls and perform agile tasks
- Possesses visual acuity with clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish as needed

Job Duties
- Sort and categorize donated items according to established guidelines and categories
- Inspect items for quality, cleanliness, and suitability for sale
- Ensure items are properly prepared and distributed to appropriate departments or processing areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in sorting areas and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in other tasks within the sorting and processing areas as needed
- Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication
