Job Requirements
- applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- availability for evening and night shifts
- weekend availability
- ability to walk bend and stand for periods of time
- capability to lift objects with some assistance
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous job experience preferred
- strong team player and multi-tasker
- excellent communication skills
- commitment to great guest service
- basic knowledge of minor maintenance and cleaning procedures
Job Duties
- keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions during guest play
- perform minor building maintenance as needed
- maintain a commitment to great guest service
- work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- follow safety protocols and procedures
