Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older to qualify for the position
Proven success in school or previous job experience
Strong team player and multi-tasker
Solid communication skills
Commitment to great guest service
Ability to walk bend and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Demonstrated commitment to excellent guest service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability for evening night and weekend shifts

Job Duties

Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions during guest play
Perform minor building maintenance as needed
Maintain communication with team members and management to ensure smooth center operations
Support a positive guest experience through attentive and efficient service
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols consistently
