Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Clear close vision required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Pulling/pushing, carrying
  • Walking 5 plus hours
  • Sitting
  • Standing 5 plus hours
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1 plus hours
  • Operate a motor vehicle
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of office interiors including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of production areas including waste disposal, sweeping, organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs begin
  • Clean customer vehicles interior and exterior after repairs
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
