Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
  • basic computer skills required
  • must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting over 100 lbs
  • ability to work in various weather conditions
  • ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights as needed

Job Duties

  • community maintenance
  • regular/daily onsite attendance is required
  • responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and all interior and exterior (when applicable) community common areas
  • respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
  • ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas are completed in a timely manner
  • inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
  • assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
