Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform all on-site software functions
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and move objects over 100 pounds
  • Must be able to ascend and descend ladders stairs ramps step stools
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Willingness to work overtime weekends and night hours when needed
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including climbing operating machinery and handling hazardous materials

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety procedures
  • Experience in maintenance or property management is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Community maintenance
  • Regular daily onsite attendance
  • Responsible for cleaning trash removal and general maintenance of grounds buildings breezeways and interior and exterior common areas
  • Respond to resident management requests and work orders for community common areas buildings and units in a timely manner
  • Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds buildings breezeways and common areas are completed timely
  • Inspect grounds buildings and other community features daily to identify minimize and correct hazardous conditions or liability concerns
  • Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program
