Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform all on-site software functions
Basic computer skills required
Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift and move objects over 100 pounds
Must be able to ascend and descend ladders stairs ramps step stools
Ability to communicate effectively
Willingness to work overtime weekends and night hours when needed
Physical ability to perform tasks including climbing operating machinery and handling hazardous materials

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
Basic computer skills
Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Good communication skills
Ability to follow safety procedures
Experience in maintenance or property management is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Community maintenance
Regular daily onsite attendance
Responsible for cleaning trash removal and general maintenance of grounds buildings breezeways and interior and exterior common areas
Respond to resident management requests and work orders for community common areas buildings and units in a timely manner
Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds buildings breezeways and common areas are completed timely
Inspect grounds buildings and other community features daily to identify minimize and correct hazardous conditions or liability concerns
Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program
