Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a full shift on-site at the property
- Must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Must be available to assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal hours
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly, including bending and stooping
- Willingness to perform daily cleaning and groundskeeping tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Proficient in simple computer tasks
- One year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade
- Experience in the student housing or multi-family industry
Job Duties
- Ensure completion of daily checklists
- Maintain exterior cleanliness and curb appeal
- Maintain landscaping in good repair between service visits
- Clean and sweep swimming pools as needed
- Arrange property furniture as directed
- Mop and vacuum daily in required areas
- Keep all amenity areas clean and presentable throughout the day
- Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards at all times
