Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to operate vehicles safely
Effective communication skills
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to follow instructions and read simple documents
Physical ability to perform vehicle moving and shuttle duties
Customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, road signs, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisor and co-workers
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
Six months to one-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Valid driver's license preferred

Job Duties

Preparing vehicles to be serviced by putting down mats and plastic to protect interiors and communicating to service personnel of issues with the vehicle
Moving vehicles not currently being serviced and keeping an orderly area so that vehicles can be easily found and moved
Using good judgement and safe driving skills while being courteous to customers
Shuttling customers to their homes, places of business or designated area and then picking them up after their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner
Maintaining the vehicle's appearance and notifying the manager if the vehicle requires servicing
Performing other duties as assigned
