Job Requirements

applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
ability to walk bend stand for extended periods
capable of lifting objects with assistance
availability for evening and night shifts
weekend availability
willing to work at one location

commitment to great guest service
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions during guest play
perform minor building maintenance as needed
ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service
follow safety protocols and company standards
assist with inventory and supply management
